  1. You must be 18 or older to order from this site.

  2. All orders for completion must have a signed contract of services.

  3. We not responsible for items once the items are given to clients, please be aware when ordering pastries or candy apples HEAT PLAY’S A MAJOR ROLE, clients assume full responsibility for storage of pastries & apples. 

  4.  Once a client approves of said items on pick up or delivery they agree that Souvenir’s Decor has fulfilled its obligations. 

  5.  Clients have the right to refuse order if said order is not what was requested, but will forfeit their deposit totally.

  6.  All deposits are final, no deposits will be refunded.

  7. Clients are only entitled to refunds under unforeseen circumstances such as death, hospitalization. 

  8.  All orders placed must be paid in full when building your own package.

  9. Consulting fees will apply to clients when assistance is requested for more than 30 mins with specialist. 

  10. When placing an order please give DETAILS TO ALLERGIES TO FOODS, Souvenir’s Decor is NOT RESPONSIBLE for not being notified of food allergies.  

  11. When renting table clothes, sashes or chair covers please be advised that rentals must be returned in the fashion it was rented or you will forfeit your deposit and an additional charge will be applied to be determined by Souvenir’s Decor . 

  12. When renting balloon arches clients are completely responsible for making sure arch isn’t damaged, if any damages are detected client will forfeit deposit and may incur additional replacement fees to be determined by Souvenir’s Decor. 

  13.  An additional charge will be applied for deliveries which are not in the specified areas of delivery. Charges will be based on mileage at the rate of $2.50 per mile.

  14.  Additional charges of $50.00 per hour will be applied if your venue has stairs.

  15.  A date change fee of $75.00 will be applied if you make a change 48 hours before you original date of pick up or delivery.

  16.  All pick up order times must be meet or there will be a late charge of $25.00 added.

  17.  For backdrop orders a proof will be sent 7-14 business days before your event to be finalize, failure to finalize instructions will cancel backdrop order.

  18.  Revisions are allowed 14 days before event ONLY! No revisions will be accepted AFTER!

  19.  Vendor has the right to use customer images or design in their portfolio for advertising or any other purpose without clients consent.        

  20. By signing the contract you agree to all Terms & Conditions.
